Lean Enterprise / Tranformation for Breakthrough Improvement : How to Apply Value Stream Mapping for Administrative and Office Porcesses to Create Value and Eliminate Waste Dramatically.
Course Objectives
1. Identify the typical wastes of lean and how those wastes reduce an organization's profits, Competitive edge and customer satisfaction.
2. Define Value Stream and how it relates to material and information flow
3. Explain how Value Stream Map is used to encourage improvement.
4. Draw a Value Stream Map using a standard set of symbols.
5. Determine key opportunities from the current condition Value Stream Map
6. Create an improvement plan to move from the current to the future condition.
