Our current investment focus is in the enabler space which consists of
service ,support and technology enablers.These involve wireless
ubiquity, broadband ubiquity, internet multimedia, global connectivity
and embedded systems and networks.
Ideally and uder normal circumstances, will not hold more than 49% of investee company.
Holding period for each investment is limited to 5 years and below.
Other Information
We are a venture capital fund management company and an
outsourcee of the ICT Fund provided by the Malaysian government through
Malaysia Venture Capital Management Bhd. The closed-end fund we
manage has a charter life of 10 years and our divestments usually
take place once the venture company becomes established.
Even though we are currently fully invested, we plan to raise an additional
fund in the year 2006. Thus, all future potential investments will be placed
under the new fund portfolio.
