This fund can be obtained through Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (BPMB) and is available in four different financing schemes namely, Fixed Asset Financing, Trade/Working Capital Financing, Merger & Acquisition Financing and Equity Participation.

Who Can Apply
Going concerns with paid-up capital between RM5 million and RM40 million; and
Medium and large enterprises (graduating SMI) registered under the Companies Act with at least 51% Malaysian ownership/control
Other conditions applicable to specific schemes:
Must be a bumiputera enterprise involved in the manufacturing and services sector to qualify for merger and acquisition financing
Must have at least two years good track record for listing to apply for equity participation scheme

Funding This loan is for working capital requirements and purchase of fixed assets, including industrial land, factory, warehouse, office building, plants, machinery, equipment and motor vehicles. Purchase of shares (merger and acquisition financing) and equity participation may also be financed, though additional criteria will apply.
Minimum funding : RM500,000 Maximum funding : RM40 million per customer/ group (Total BPIMB exposure under THIRD WINDOW financing schemes should not be more than RM 40 million per customer/ group)
Interest rate of 0.5% to 2.5% above THIRD WINDOW effective cost of fund (TWECOF)
Maximum margin of financing: 80% for land and bulding; 75% for other fixed assets : 100% of working capital requirements : 90% of purchase price of fair value for mergers and acquisition : 30% of paid-up capital for equity participation
Security cover : Adequate security required to cover financial commitment based on risk profile
